Sowquentin Blake is 90 years old today. He's known for his energetic line drawings of mythical creatures such as the BFG. His work has also proved a touching match for more melancholic material like Michael Rosen's sad book about the death of Michael's son. Axel Scheffler, illustrator of the Grule Dal books and Charlie Lola Child joined us to talk about how his technique had changed over the decades. We'll be talking with Magdalena Abakanovich later in the program.
