How to Deal With the Inequities of Appending Review

The last thing I want is for them to face these inequities and then be out of a job. You can't just talk about student learning and not talk about the actual reality of appending review. The way that people currently assess teaching quality is primarily through student evals, which we've already talked. And so you have to document student learning. So those are the things that I would suggest that women faculty of color do until allies and institutions come to speed with the other suggestions that I made.
