Are You Out of Office?

Every email that i receive during this time will be permanently deleted from the system after eight hours. And then did you put some boundaries around your email and technology time too? I'm still working on that one. It's so hard. Bcause i what people have realized as, if they email me and i don't respond, they text me. And texting makes me really anxious, like in a way that email doesn't.
