Leadership is more caught then taught. The right environment allows people who good to get better, just like a wrong environment allows those who are good to become worse. There are three what i call the three es of leadership development. You need to develop a leadership environment until leadership is not something that is extraordinary and exceptional,. but leadership is something that everybody does.
