The Importance of Technology in the Legal Industry
In the early days of a photo desk and then once we had combined with Gati images, we weren't just trying to make processes more efficient. And it was really in service of what are the things that our customers want? What do they need? What are the pains they're feeling in their day to day lives? And how can we address that both with technology and through process innovation or even legal innovation at the time? That's the lesson that has certainly sat with me as we pivot to the legal industry.
