Choosing a Goal
A goal is an ideal worth pursuing over other ideals. It should be relatively easy to pick a goal, but what's a little bit harder is determining which of all possible goals is the one that's worth using as a metric to represent your progress. So generally, there's a priisation to the goals. And it's important to set good goals. But that's a a whole another talk for another day. Just note that for now, it's the ideal that you're pursuing and tha result is a measured due to actions taken.
