In the US, you had to basically choose one area, an academic route or a soccer route. Has that changed in recent years or what's your thoughts around that? I think it's changed a little bit Gary, but I think there's still an issue there. In many clubs there's a very, very limited educational pathways that players can take from 16 onwards and certainly from 18 onwards those pathways diminish again. So I think we've got a hell of a long way to go.
