Mortgage rates were low and people got used to them. And then over the past six months, they've been going up and going up. Now recently, you know, flattening out, but they're slowing down the speed at which they're increasing. I think it's honestly better for the housing market in the long run to have rates in the 4%, 5% range. That's like a neutral rate.
