You have got to make movement and exercise a priority in your life. Loads of people are walking around with all kinds of problems that they wouldn't have if they had an exercise and movement habit. So much of this stuff will be resolved or greatly improved if you had an exercise, movement habit. Do not settle for not having a movement habit. You do it every single day.
