The Importance of Identification in Parenting

I was like three kids three boys and my oldest, they're all neurodivergent. And I am. So I didn't have a model to base on to say, Oh, well, this is different because you're not like so and so they were all like me. Although there couldn't be more different but nobody, nobody fit the mold. The advice I got in those early days was so bad for me. It's so bad for my children. They were so difficult to parent in the traditional path. When we had another one come along and then another one came along we had, we were at four, two and zero when things broke open for me.
