How to Measure the Impact on Social Media

A lot of social media managers need to have or you need to have a data team on top of your content creation team. The skill set of somebody who makes a great video or just is really meme savvy doesn't always translate to that numbers game. For me, however, with the analytics, I'm not a numbers person until I learned that that numbers can tell a story. But yeah, we've got to be measuring and looking at the entire look at data holistically.
