The Cost-Benefit Analysis in Egypt

CNN's John Sutter looks at countries that the Russians have turned down flat. He says they include China, India, Algeria, Vietnam and Egypt. They're all either strategically or ideologically favorable to Russia but don't want to antagonize U.S., he says. The Egyptians are the only country in the world who might be willing to stick it to United States, Sutter writes.
