How to Facilitate a Minimum Viable Product

I think small tends to be better in many cases or at least decentralized and working together. I mean, you look at even some of the big companies like Google, they keep a very flat structure and small teams. How do you get that team on board and help them understand the benefits of it? Who wants to go first? So that's where I would start the conversation. Do you want to jump in? Not yet.
