What Is Consciousness?
An electric eel produces its electricity in the same kind of way as a nerve cell. It gets itself charged up enough that it can actually have an effect and, you know, attack its prey using b by m giving an electric shock. I don't think we have any mechanism for im generating enough a electric, a charge to be able to do anything like that. Although one can imagine some strange story where somebody has managed to train themselveso, to operate their nerves and muscles in just such a way as to be like a kind of simulation electric eel.
