Polar bears were originally associated with stories about loss of ice. But that changed in the mid two thousands, partly as a result of algo's film where polar bear climbed on to an ice platform and it split in half. That really thrust the polar bear and polar bear images and their images that we hold in our head to be really associated with climate change.
