There's no rule for which preposition is used in each case. You can try to find some consistency, but it's not really there. The prepositions don't have universal meanings. So what I've done is I've created a list of discussion questions or conversation starters that contain some useful rather than useless, adjective plus preposition collocations. It's very simple. Have you finished intro, by the way? No. How long? How long now? Seven minutes. Wait, there's a bit that I will have edited out where I was searching for the jingle because no one wants to watch me and search for a jingle.
