The Mandate of Heaven

Suting's morality draws on traditional chinese ideas about how the ruler should be looked at. The idea was that each ruler had the mandate of heaven, a bit like the divine right of kings to rule. And if you lost that through stupid actions, unjust actions, immoral ruling, then you would lose your thrown and n a new person comes to take you over. We've obviously talked about kettamin and opiots in this episode so far. Where do those other drugs fit in? Are they used in chinayeah? i mean, the intereting thing is that china became the source of a lot of the synthetic drugs that we were taking in the west.
