Druid Clusters and Scaling Issues

The community has actually contributed all manners of like really interesting stuff. Druid in the relative scope of things is a pretty like young open source project. So we're very much still building out our community. I want to ask a little bit about size and scaling issues. What is a large input stream and what is a large data set for a Druid cluster to manage?
