How to Make a Remote Colleague Feel Included
Watch out for the audio, especially with remote colleagues. Set up a policy of one laptop or one device per person and that way everyone is going to have the same audio. And on the socialization and having a space to chat, I think something that can help is also to have like in places with that are not so serious,. For example, we use quite a lot as luck at work. So that there are also channels that are, you know, random channels that is for fun, for memes, for sport.
