The Stereotypes of Millennials and Gen Z

I was going to ask you what are some misconceptions about younger generations, but I want to flip it. What are some characteristics that actually are true? And I'll give you an example, at least and feel free to correct me. Like I would say, millennials, generally speaking, are more socially conscious than Gen X was. Now I happen to be concerned about those things too, but they don't come as naturally to me. It's not even that they want significance, but they're even driven by the fear of feeling insignificant.
