The Paranoid Survives

We're firm believers of this idea that only the paranoid survive and so we spend a ton of time thinking about the future. We find that mentality saves us quite a bit of pain from being extremely thoughtful in terms of what data are we looking at when deciding what regions that we're going to purchase in. Wanda truly doesn't break any of the laws of physics but it has been a tremendous amount of work like I don't think people realize how much work goes into setting up a REIT.
