The Benefits of Saturated Fats
There are many different types of saturated fats that come in short, medium, long chains. I would really focus on getting wholesome sources of saturated fats or fats in general. Quality fats are one of my principles of healthy eating. Nuts, seeds, quality extra virgin olive oil is my go-to olive oil.
