Is This a Fraud?

Sergio Keelini put together a WhatsApp group of his Juventus teammates in 2020 and he told them, look guys, Juventus is going to ask us to sign new contracts with pay cuts. And so what's going on here is just really straightforward fraud for the purposes of skirting FFP. This is like everybody tell the world you're making less money, but don't worry. You won't actually have to make less money. We'll make you haul off the books.
