Christ's likeness is conformity, the image of serventhood. Christ says whoever doesn't take up the cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds their life will lose it. And whoever loses e life for my sake will find it. S we have to see it's about sacrifice. Everybody loves the idea of love. Nobody wants to pay the price to love. It costs it costs us something so our invitation, like christ, is sacrificing.
