Are We Better Off With Less Whites and Less Asians?

Amy Wax has said a lot of things, um, in public statements off campus, you know, giving speeches and writings. Some of those are legal problems for amy wax that are not going to maybe stand up to defenses of academic freedom. On the other hand, am outside of class, or actually, for that matter, inside of class, telling a specific student, that they're only there because of the color of their skin, which actually makes them inferior. That's insulting. And it's a a designed toward a specific student. I'm very open to that. For instance, at mid and university in nebraska, they don't have tenure. You probably haven't heard of them
