Always Encrypted With Secure Enclaves in Azure SQL Database
Always encrypted with secure enclaves was released in SQL Server 2019. It's also available in Azure, but you have to configure a specific hardware configuration. The maximum number of physical V-Cores that you can use is eight. So serverless is not available with the DC series.
