What We Did Well, What We Shouldn't Have Done Well?
A lot of it really comes back to the c d c. I think there was an assumption made early on, wrongly, that they were going to be able to mount a public health crisis of this magnitude. And they just simply didn't. We spent months expecting the city sea to roll out a diagnostic test and promulgate guidance which would inform us how the corona viris was spreading. That i think made us successively, excessively vulnerable too.
