An ACTH level is drawn and it was undetectable. 21 hydroxylase antibodies were negative. We have a pituitary tumor leading to the adrenal insufficiency and the hypothyroidism. This TSH is really kind of borderline. It's not if it was much, much higher, you'd say, oh, the pituitary seems to be functioning pretty well.
