The Impact of Law and Legal Change on Society
What exactly caused this or that legal change is very tough to determine and really depends on a case by case basis. If you look at bigger society trends or shifts, such as the introduction of human rights, it's not clear whether one should start with specific legal procedures but rather go further back in humans' psychology. Ajo hendrik: I think being naive can sometimes be an advantage almost there, because otherwise you might think about certain cause connections which don't really exist.
