The Importance of Editing in Demos

I fear the situation in Europe is a not comparable because the market is so different and b not much better I don't know of any writer that is hugely well paid or that has a mention somewhere. deserve their fair share it might not be as much as when syndication what the thing on the networks but it should be at least more than what it is now. Another question but from the listeners we had a question about editing from Nick Magneer said editing is pretty important tool to make demo exciting to watch. Well there is some red herring on some contestants but also the mole tends to have slightly less screen time than others do you have any general editing guidelines or process for example not focusing
