The Effect of Different Frequency on Light Transmission
The speed of light in a vacuum does not discriminate by frequency. However, if it goes through a medium, it does. Different frequencies move through media at different speeds that the colors manifest after it comes through. You can get a time lag in an explosion if the explosion happens in multiple frequencies. And we have coordinated our telescopes to check for this.
