I would advise against having teams where some people are fully remote and others are coming in three days a week, because of the promotion cost and the disruption. I personally would not have a team where one person is remote and feeling resentful, doesn't get promoted for three, four years. So i think there's going to be a lot of leg e effects. For those teams, companies may take the view, look, if i have a team of eight people and they're all basically remote, and ha've been hard remote, sure it may be better to have had them, you know, all else,. yo, call hybrid come in 3 days a week rather than do that.
