Are You Biased in Conducting Research in the Bay Area?

When I was looking for UX researcher jobs, I noticed that pretty immediately earlier in my career, you'd have to be in New York, LA or San Francisco or maybe Seattle. It's just about acknowledging those biases. You might be a little bit more constrained in terms of participants in some of those cities unless your product justice for that city. And so even in those like, you know, product and policy choices, just trying to be more aware of attributes that are different outside where you're living.
