There's a field called the remote sensing industry. It developed in rting, basically in the 19 sixties. People realized that you could start segmenting the world with spectral information by putting filters in front of the cameras. A red filter has an effect on green, and a yellow filter has an Effect on blue. And it teaches you how to sort of think about segmented the world to create the image that you'd like,. where you want.
