Fun and Humor Are Important Components of Leadership
As a colonel ands a general in the upper ranks, my three priorities were always or priorities were, take care of people and get the mission done. I think u fun and humor is an important component of things as well. We have to be able to laugh at things, and a lot of people can't. Particularly people have our time laughing at themselves. The most dangerous time for most fliers is six months after you're checked out in a new position - that's when you start thinking 'i know what i'm doing'
