Bias is actually a way to optimize the outputs. It's just it's a different optimization function. The confirmation bias, for instance, is something that actually is super helpful in some ways. But then in some other situations, it's actually not what you would want to use. And so we have this hierarchical inference problems, which makes actually cognitive science at this point,. How are these hierarchies interacting? That's one of the big questions, right?
