The Importance of Reflective Practice

If you were to reflectively practice on the same sorts of ideas over and over and over again, it will become easier. So is it still just as difficult to be a reflective practitioner when you have expertise in being a reflective practitioner? Yes. Because that's the down point. Exactly because that's what practice is. And this is a misconception inside of the physical domain when it comes to learning and developing and practicing the physical domain.
