The Origin of Justice
The Origin of Justice is aphorism 92 of human all too human where Nietzsche writes quote. Justice fairness originates between approximately equal powers as Thucydides rightly understood when there is no clearly recognizable supreme power and a battle would lead to fruitless and mutual injury. When justice was established this way as a transaction among equals it was essentially selfish right or will say self directed in line with the master morality of the ancient Greeks It was among the weaker party in this case the millions that we see first hints of a justice derived from obligations and duties to others which are universal.
