Is China in a Recession?
The world's second largest economy is in a recession, it seems like something worth thinking about. Consumer confidence is hovering near record lows and private investment slowed down in the first half of the year. Judy: How much would that impede our ability to tell whether the countryis in a recession in the first place? Aen when you have a situation where four % growth is probably a recession, there's something odd about the numbers.
