The Problem With Unemployment in America

For every prime working age guy in America back then, there were over three who were out of work and not looking for a job. It's remarkable if you think about it that this has been going on since the 1960s. And it doesn't seem to be affected to a large degree by changes in the economic cycle or by any specific events.
