There is definitely something to the way that different people take on information differently, you know. I'm never just going to like drop a link to a Loom and expect people to click on it and know what it is. There's always like a bit of context behind it. And I have one person, um, Akabook, who has everyone on then sent me audio messages and Slack. She got to deliver it in the way that suited her. So it worked out.
