The Recession That's Coming

I think that there's so many centrifugal forces. There's the we're in a big revolution right now from people not going to universities. How do you get a male to go to an Ivy League school when there are 55% women as it is? You can't. And then we've got this high interest rate on real estate. We've got inflation that hasn't gone down much. It's 6.5%. I think we're going to be in a big jam, especially when Joe Biden restricts energy and he adds more regulations.
