The consistency point is really key there. Everybody has these bottleneck, kind of time consuming, pain point things that happen in their life or in their business. We get 500 tickets a day, and our customer success thing, and 80% of them fall into 10 categories where we're doing pre-consistent stuff. The whole idea is I want to get to the point where I trust that the AI's output is almost always pretty good.
