The First Movie Ever Showed Inside of the White House
This is an explicitly Protestant religious movement, anti-Black, anti-Catholic, anti-Jewish. All of their imagery, all of their forms, I mean, there's a reason they're burning crosses and then use the Bible constantly in, in Klan craft. They would schedule lynchings for when church got out. The account of the lynchings are so horrific that some of them got edited out of the book so that we didn't get people grossed out too much.
