Hooks to me reintroduce a lot of problems that are solved by just having render be a pure function in the first place like it used to be another great example is testability. Elm is a hugely influential piece of software on the fact that the fundamental state like primitive that they give you is basically the Elm architectureYeah but I get that react is like react does it differently right right?
