I think it's so give fear of I don't want to cause a problem. And generally, that's not something you actually have to be afraid of. One of the most radical things in politics is when you just tell the truth that everybody already knows. You know, again, oftentimes it feels provocative. If somebody says something we already know, we've just been desperate to hear from our leadership. That's what stand up comedians do; they're able to bring voice to something that you were already thinking and they do it in a funny way.

Storytelling – As a speaker, it is our job to help the people in the audience see themselves in the place of the hero in the story. When you’re preparing for your next team meeting or town hall address, think about that and how you tell the stories that you do.
