Are You Driving Up Motivation?
i could go on and on about all the good practices, and if you want me to, i will. But a professor of persuasive technology called b j fogg at stanford talks about there being two axis, axes. The y axis is motivation, the x axis is ability. And when you have sufficient motivation and ability, then a trigger creates action. So it's absolutely important to have to drive up motivation. You shouldn't just rely on improving ability,. improving, youaxs, making things more intuitive - often something that i hear fom people who, you know, maybe as a challenge to having any kind of onboarding process.
