Just improving your English is not enough. You have to use your English in a powerful way to build your influence. Thinking about a TOEFL score, that's thinking small. So what? It doesn't mean anything. As I said, there are many, many, many native speakers who speak perfectly well but they have no influence. Think how powerful that is.
