How Do You Find Mentors and Coaches?

I'm pretty big on finding mentors and people to support you like this, both internal and external to your organization. And so that can take the form of a paid coach or just if there's people who are in the industry that you're in now,. Or you're curious about other industries that you can connect with and grow some relationships from. You just never know who those who those people will be sometimes.
