How to Influence the Organization That You're a Part Of
One of the most critical things you can do to influence the organization that you're a part of is to open up your calendar. Identify a section on your calendar for mentoring or for one on ones, opening that up for something like office hours. And it's for that very simple reason because if you create that space and people start using it, then you've just kind of manifested this thing that you care about in your career.
